Dr. Brittany Daily
Dr. Brittany Daily graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. After graduating from vet school, Dr. Daily moved to central Illinois, where she practiced for 2.5 years. After deciding to move back to Oklahoma, she practiced as a relief veterinarian servicing central Oklahoma for a year. In September 2021, Dr. Daily joined Swaim’s as a full-time Managing Veterinarian. Dr. Daily has 3 labrador retrievers and 2 schipperkes. Her hobbies include reading, all things Disney, spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling. Her professional interests include surgery, educating clients about the importance of heartworm prevention, and continued professional growth in the fields of ultrasound and orthopedics.
Dr. Debra Nguyen
Dr. Debra Nguyen graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. After graduation, she moved to Chicago, where she practiced for 3 years. Dr. Nguyen joined Swaim’s full-time in August of 2020. Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and her cats named Kitty, Oogie Boogie, and Chapuys. She also has a dog named Bruce and a ton of freshwater fish. She also enjoys gardening, crafts, and spending time with family. Dr. Nguyen’s professional interests include preventive medicine, providing treatment for various illnesses, and surgery.
Dr. Kate Gault
Dr. Kate Gault graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She practiced medicine in Rochester, New York for 2 years until moving back to Oklahoma in 2019. She joined Swaim’s as a part-time veterinarian in March of 2020. Her hobbies include pool chemistry and care, cooking, and traveling. Her professional interests include spays and neuters, geriatric medicine, pain management, and physical therapies. Dr. Gault has two dogs, Stevie and Murphy.
Dr. Tara Ridenour
Dr. Ridenour graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She practiced medicine as an equine veterinarian in Florida for 1 year until moving back to Oklahoma, where she started working as an associate veterinarian for a small animal clinic. She joined the Swaim’s team in 2012 as a part-time veterinarian. Her hobbies include watching The Walking Dead, exercising, reading, and spending time with her family. Her professional interests include ophthalmology, client education, and preventive care. Dr. Ridenour has two dogs, Sam and Charlie, several fish, and a frog named Frodo.
